Report Descriptions

Customer Service Version: Designed to allow employees having ANY contact with customers to learn more about themselves and learn how certain customers will react to their natural communication style. This increased knowledge will help the employee build rapport and provide more successful customer service.

Employee-Manager™ Version: Gives valuable information to the employee, the manager and the work team. It clarifies individual work styles, how styles effect job performance and how the employee-manager relationship effect productivity and goal achievement.

Executive Version: Designed for CEO's, MANAGERS, and DECISION MAKERS, it provides an accurate analysis of their strengths, their value to the organization and provides knowledge that enables them to negotiate a communication system that produces more effective work teams.

Sales Version: Allows sales managers to increase success in hiring the "right" people and motivating those new and existing sales people to perform at their best. It takes the guess work out of managing sales people and allows companies to develop sound relationships through individual management plans.

Team Building Version: Targets key information necessary to build effective teams. Through individual reports, each team member more clearly perceives how he/she contributes to the organization and gains a greater appreciation how differing styles are required to achieve team goals.

Work Environment™ Version: Successful performance many times is directly related to matching a person's natural behavior with the behavior demanded by a specific job. This system allows the user to identify and compare people's perceptions with reality. There are six unique comparisons for you to fully understand the ramifications of job matching and mismatching.

Administrator Version: Quality education is no accident. It is the combined effort of teachers, administrators, parents, community members and of course, students. Student Version: The report is an excellent way for students to understand themselves and others better and serves as a tool for increasing the student's self-esteem. Time P.L.U.S.™ Version: Identifies Time Wasters that impact individual productivity, their possible CAUSES and offers possible SOLUTIONS for correcting or eliminating specific time wasters. Sales Strategy Index™ Version: The Sales Strategy Index presents 54 different "real life" sales situations. Each situation has four alternative ways to be handled. Respondents are given the opportunity to rank the four alternatives from "best" to "worst." By comparing their response with those of proven top sales professionals, a report is generated showing strengths, weaknesses and how well they understand sales strategy in seven categories.

Golf Stroke Saver: Analyzes your style to improve your game. It is understood that much of the game of golf is mental, not physical. Research shows that those who understand themselves, their strengths and weaknesses, can relate that information to how they play the game of golf and thereby improve their game.
